HOLIDAY CAMPS
The next Fortismere Holiday Camps are during the Summer Holidays and run over the first four weeks of the summer break (Week 1: 22/07, Week 2: 28/07, Week 3: 4/08, Week 4: 11/08). There are different clubs running in different weeks and offer a wide range of activities, led by experienced practitioners that provide a full day of fun and entertainment.
Camps take place at Fortismere School (Tetherdown entrance) from 9.00am to 3.30pm. The cost is from £95 depending on the activity. There is an option for an early drop-off for an additional fee.

Tiny Twinkles Age 3-6: Perfect for 3-6 year olds led by professional actors with a love for early years! Each day the children will explore all genres of creative arts-learning songs & dances, acting out role play adventures, exploring arts & crafts plus lots of games and crafts. |

Art Club Age 7-14: The Art Explorers Club is a dynamic and engaging program designed to spark the imagination, foster creativity, and nurture artistic talents in children aged 7-14. It offers a vibrant space where young artists can explore a variety of artistic mediums, techniques, and styles, empowering them to express themselves and develop a lifelong love for the arts. |

Multi Sports Age 6-15: This club will give children the opportunity to have fun and interact with others through a range of different sports such as football, rounders, tennis and fun sporty competitions. |

Drama Age 7-14: Children will work on their improvisation and comedy skills. There will be lots of drama games and exercises to help the children to develop their confidence and skills. |

Musical Theatre Age 7-12: Children will explore different styles of dance with an emphasis on ballet and tap and work on technique, dance routines and choreography, as well as projects designed to encourage creativity when story telling through dance. The children will work towards final pieces and will be given plenty of time to interact with others and make lasting friendships! Leaders are professional performers with a background in theatre and dance. |

Boxing and Football Age 8-1: Boxing Club JABFIRST BXN ACADEMY Box & Ball combines two sports that complement each other seamlessly. Footwork, positioning, timing, execution, discipline and confidence are key attributes relied upon in both sports, each with its own unique training styles to enhance skill development. When the training styles of boxing and football intersect, the benefits become evident. With less pressure and more fun, participants can reap the rewards of this dynamic fusion. |

Forest School Club Age 7-14: The Forest School Club is a special place where children can enjoy nature and have fun outside. Surrounded by tall trees and lots of green plants, it's a peaceful spot to relax and explore. Members can try fun activities like arts and crafts, using natural fruits to make paint and juice. The club helps everyone learn about nature and how to take care of the environment, all while having a great time in the fresh air. It’s a perfect place to make new friends and enjoy the beauty of the outdoors! |

Chess Club Age 7-15: The Chess Club is a fun and exciting place where children can challenge their mind and improve their skills! From beginners to pros, everyone is welcome at Chess Club to learn new strategies, play friendly matches, and make friends who also love chess. It’s a great way to think about strategy, problem solving, and have fun while playing one of the world’s oldest and most exciting games!

Irish Dancing Age 6-16: McGahan Lees Irish Dance Academy is delighted to be running an Irish dance camp at Fortismere. Irish dance helps children to develop confidence, fitness, coordination, concentration and friendship. The emphasis is on enjoyment with a mixture of traditional and contemporary Irish music and easy-to-learn steps. The camp is suitable for all levels/abilities.
